our Story
I started my fitness journey after I had around 10 years clean. (You would think that after I quit getting high that all of my problems would have went away. Most of the big ones did… like jails, institutions, and death.)
In 2012, after constantly eating all of my feelings for a decade, and now a heavy smoker for nearly two decades, I was the fattest and most unhealthiest version of myself to date. However, I told myself it didn’t matter because I was clean and that was the most important thing I needed to do first. (Which it was, without that change, I would have nothing)
Until one day… I got really sick 🤢
I could no longer speak because my throat was so sore and inflamed from smoking thousands of cigarettes and ignoring all the warning signs of neglecting my body.
My thoughts told me that I was going to die young just like my father did, who by the way, I only met a few times. (I heard he was an awesome person)
But there was this second thought, the one that changed everything. This one decision that created the domino effect for the rest of my changes.
“What if I quit smoking and started walking instead?”
I didn’t understand it at the time, but the reason it worked so well for me is because I replaced the bad habit with the good habit meaning when you quit something, it’s important to change it with something else instead of just dropping the bad habit. (Lots of people make this mistake)
I have used this approach over and over again along with a few other tools to continuously change my behaviors so that I can continuously evolve as a person.
Here are a few tips on how to make those changes for yourself.
✅ You can change all of your habits but if your environment sucks, so will you.
✅ You don’t need willpower or motivation to make changes. This is why most people stay stuck.
Over the next few weeks I am going to offer you the opportunity to change your body in 12 weeks but more importantly, you will now have the ability to change anything else about yourself using my 3 step process.
It’s simple, and will work for anybody but I am going to be extremely picky on who I work with.

You have defined your goals and you are ready to begin your journey. We will start you off strong by teaching you the fundamentals of form and nutrition!

Once you have down the basics, have fun progressing and showing up to new workouts each day!
